1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FriendPy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FriendPy is a mobile application that allows users to create groups with friends, roommates, family, or teammates and track social favors through a point-based system. Users can:

• Create and join groups with custom point rules.
• Request and give points to group members.
• Approve or reject point requests.
• View activity history and group balances.
• Receive push notifications about group activity.

Points within FriendPy have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside the App.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the App.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent point requests.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (such as group names, transaction reasons, and messages). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, branding, code, and all related content, is the intellectual property of FriendPy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FriendPy and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
